It was a tradition in Scott's family when he was growing up and one that I've just fallen in love with... going to see the Newport Beach boat parade. There is something about putting on our coats, hats, gloves and scarfs to stand on the docks and watch duffys, sail boats and million dollar boats all decorated with lights and sailing through the harbor that I just love.
