Trip east to visit family

We flew out to Philly for Scott's cousin wedding. A reason in itself, but also for many of Scott's aunts, uncles, cousins and grandfather to meet our children. We also snuck in a visit with a good friend of mine, Jodi. I met Jodi and her husband in Kazakhstan -- her son was also born in the same city as Jack. I've known Jodi for 4.5 years but this was the first time I got to visit her in her home, and it was wonderful. Regardless of where we were, there was a boy Jack's age, so both Jack and Brooke had a ball playing with new toys! All in all, it was a quick week-long trip but so worth it and so much fun.

Kiddos dressed for their first wedding.

Scott, cousin Kristy, sister Suzanne, cousin Frank, Frank's wife Kerry and daughter Pyper.

Our family at the reception.

Me with my kiddos.

With Scott's grandfather - kiddos first time meeting him.

At the reception, the kiddos had so much fun running around this table.

And Brooke was the hit of the wedding, dancing the night away with just about anyone.

Kiddos with their 2nd cousins, Alex (3 months), Jack (same age as our Jack) and Pyper (10 months).

First time miniature golfing. With another Kazakh baby, Owen.

With my friend Jodi and her son Owen.

Silly faces.

So tired, they fell asleep watching a movie on the couch.

Jumping Brooke.

Boys playing ball.

Boys playing corn hole.

Before flying home, another visit with Scott's grandfather.

Brooke and her water ice.

Jack and Jack with their water ice.
