Discovery Science Center

As a Bank of America member, I can get in free to our local Discovery Science Center museum the first Saturday of every month. So this Sat., I took the kids - even though they still charged me for Jack. The kiddos loved it. A lot of the "science" was way over their head, but they had fun playing around with the experiments. They had a dedication to gingerbread where they had a train set up, so of course, we spent a lot of time playing in the train. Upstairs was all hockey related items and Jack got to try hitting a couple pucks (see video). Jack played virtual volleyball as well as throwing a few pitches. Both kiddos enjoyed the 5 years old and under area, where they played and played.

Jack, "All Aboard!" Brooke, "Here is my ticket."

Magnetic gingerbread house.

Playing with legos.

Making smoke.

Playing hockey.
