Wedding

My cousin got married on 11/19. Scott would say this date isn't momentous because we have our wedding anniversary date, but to me, it is special because 18 years ago I went to a fraternity party and met Scott. Wow that makes me sound old -- 18 years ago. Have I really known Scott that long?!

Anywhooo.... my cousin had a typical Vietnamese wedding, which means it was an all day affair with going to the bride's house so her family can accept the groom into her family, then going to the groom's house so his family can accept the bride into his family, then a few other stops, then church, then a few more stops, then the reception. We didn't attend everything but did attend the reception. The kids did great with the multiple seafood dishes. They had a fabulous time with their cousins, Brooke taking pictures and they both enjoyed the magic show. Brooke even got to go on stage to help the magician find coins in the air. But the best part for me, was watch my Dad -- whom I've only seen dance twice in my life; only at my wedding and my sister's wedding during the father-daughter dance -- dance with my kiddos. All three of them had beaming smiles on their faces. Priceless.

Could my kiddos be any cuter?!!
